This policy covers all five apps: QR Generator, PDF Toolkit, Gift Finder, Midlife Finder, and Invoice Generator.

The short version

No accounts. No sign-ups. No tracking profiles. What you send to an app is used only to produce the result you asked for, then discarded. Invoice Generator is the one exception: it stores the invoices you create so you can look them up later. That data lives on the app's own server, is never sold, and is never shared with third parties.

What each app processes

• QR Generator: the link, text, or Wi-Fi details you provide, used once to render the QR code image. Nothing is retained.
• PDF Toolkit: the PDF file you submit, processed transiently to extract text, convert, compress, describe, or sign it. Files are not kept after processing.
• Gift Finder: the recipient description and budget you provide, used once to generate suggestions. Nothing is retained.
• Midlife Finder: the product question you ask, used once to generate a recommendation or comparison. Nothing is retained.
• Invoice Generator: the client name, line items, and amounts you provide are stored so you can retrieve past invoices. This is the app's core function. Data is stored on the app's server and used for nothing else.

Payments

The free tiers require no payment information. If you purchase a paid plan (Invoice Generator Pro or PDF Toolkit Unlimited), checkout is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your email and payment details to process the transaction; we never see or store your card number. Stripe's own privacy policy governs what it collects. We receive only what's needed to confirm your purchase (e.g., that a payment succeeded).

Affiliate links

Gift Finder and Midlife Finder include affiliate links in some product recommendations (see the affiliate disclosure). Clicking one takes you to the retailer's site, which applies its own privacy policy and cookies. We don't receive your browsing or purchase data from retailers — only aggregate commission reports.

What we do not collect

We do not collect names, email addresses, or payment details through the apps themselves. There is no analytics SDK, no advertising tracker, and no cross-app profiling.

Data sharing

We share data with no third parties except the infrastructure strictly required to run the service (hosting and network delivery) and, for paid plans, Stripe for payment processing. We will never sell your data.

Retention and deletion

Transient inputs (QR, PDF, gift, and midlife queries) are not retained after your request completes. Invoice records are kept so the app can show you your history. To delete your invoice data, email [email protected] with the subject "DELETE INVOICE DATA" and include any invoice numbers or client names you want removed.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Invoice data is stored on a private server with restricted access. No system is perfectly secure, but reasonable measures are in place to protect stored data.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a material way, the "Last updated" date above will change, and significant changes will be noted on the home page.
