What to include in your report

To get the fastest help, include:

• Which app (e.g., PDF Toolkit)
• What you asked it to do (the exact prompt, if possible)
• What happened vs. what you expected
• When it happened (date and approximate time, with your timezone)
• For file issues (PDF Toolkit): the file type and approximate size — do not email sensitive documents; describe the problem instead

Known limitations

• QR Generator: generates standard QR codes for links, text, and Wi-Fi credentials. It does not do artistic/styled QR codes.
• PDF Toolkit: works with standard PDFs. Heavily encrypted or corrupted files may fail; scanned PDFs need readable page images for text extraction.
• Gift Finder / Midlife Finder: suggestions are generated from general product knowledge; real-time prices and availability are not guaranteed.
• Invoice Generator: creates invoice PDFs from the details you provide. It is not accounting software — verify totals and tax treatment yourself.

Deletion requests

To delete stored invoice data, email [email protected] with the subject "DELETE INVOICE DATA" and include any invoice numbers or client names to remove.

Status

If an app is temporarily unavailable, it is usually brief maintenance on the underlying server. Waiting a few minutes and retrying resolves most cases.
